Summary	There are two primary objectives to the proposed work: (1) Analyze and deliver a summary of best practices from the five NIST workshops completed through 2011; (2) Conduct a MIST multi-day workshop at one of the USCG IOC (Inter-Agency Operations Center)-designated ports to improve cross government information sharing and information sharing with relevant private sector organizations.
