Summary | The principal goal of the AFRL Project Marti is to provide Information Management (IM) at the tactical level using high altitude platforms and Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS). This produces the following information flow hierarchy: Information Producers, Small to medium sized UAS platforms, Information Consumers, Tactic operators, Strategic decision makers, Information Broker, High Altitude Platforms such as Balloons and HALE. The Center's goal to is support the project's objectives. Specifically this entails the use of the Center's Scan Eagles together with the information broker platform to demonstrate the project concept. |
