Summary	This proposed work consists of three projects that will incorporate Operational Energy education into existing NPS curriculum in order to achieve goals and guidance set forth in the DoD Operational Energy Strategy 2016 and the Navy Energy Training and Education Plan 2015. The target audience for these projects is Mid-Level Officers (O3-O4) and the method of delivery will be in-residence courses at NPS and world-wide through an NPS Distance Learning program.
