Summary	This Statement of work covers the participation of the Naval Postgraduate School's (NPS) Energy Academic Group (EAG) in EXERCISE COHERENT RESILIENCE 2017 (CORE17) Kyiv, Ukraine, specifically pre-exercise planning, exercise execution (16-20 October) and post-exercise report and presentation requirements through December 2017. CORE17's main focus is supporting resilient critical energy infrastructure in the face of physical acts of sabotage and cyber-attacks from Russia.
