Summary	Chilean Armed Forces, as well as various Ministries are expected to attend the CMR MET. 2. The MET aims to assist the host-nation develop and implement security and defense policies, in particular policies aimed at improving or enhancing the representation of the prospects for Civil-Military Relations—including strategic communications and defense decision making. The seminar will provide theoretical background on defense policy, strategy, strategic communications and Civil-Military Relations. Examples of lessons learned, practices of strategic development, and developing democracies will be provided.
