Summary	On an as-required basis, CCMR will provide expertise to the SOCOM and the SOF community in the area of defense institutional development as it relates to SOF, consisting of: 1. Providing advice to leadership of US SOF community on the state of development of defense institutions and their SOF 2. Produce original analysis of institutional development challenges related to SOF in the form of staff reports, briefings, and analysis 3. Support institutional assessments globally of allied/partner SOF institutional requirements 4. Advise the US SOF community on the development of effective engagement plans and programs with allied/partner nations' that can enhance SOF institutions 5. In the specific context of Central and Eastern Europe, augment already existing programs and approaches in support of developing counter-hybrid capabilities, as well as resistance/territorial defense strategies
