Summary	This proposal presents a plan for the establishment of a symbiotic relationship between the Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC) and the Naval Postgraduate School's Scholarship for Service (SFS) program that is coordinated by the Center for Information Systems Security Studies and Research (CISR). The Scholarship for Service students that elect to intern with the Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC) will assist DMDC in various project aspects pertaining to computer security and information assurance.
