Summary	This proposal describes an effort to establish a framework for a set of activities to be conducted to investigate the information assurance impacts of emerging technologies o behalf of the NSA. The work will entail the development of a detailed plan for technology studies and will use a set of selected analyses as pilot analyses to validate the framework.
