Summary	This work will deliver a graduate certificate program in cybersecurity to Navy civilians who are from a set of Navy commands operating under the Navy Research and Development Enterprise (NR&DE) umbrella. Up to fifty-seven (57) students identified by the Navy sponsors will participate in two iterations of the three-course certificate program. The certificate program will be offered through distance learning by the Department of Computer Science and is entitled: Cybersecurity Fundamentals (Curriculum 256). The first certificate course will begin in AY2021, Q1 and courses will be offered through the end of AY2022, Q1.
