Conduct an initial study to support mobile collaboration with civilians, government and non-government agencies In areas with limited or no access to NMCI, and without violating DON protocols, Work with the CNTPO FIST team to acquire the necessary components and configure the FIST system for training and an operational demonstration; (3) Facilitate hands-on training for the MCATs in a TBD CONUS location. Training shall include data collection, web-portal usage, and data analysis at a level commensurate with this LOE of this study; (4) Provide support to MCATs that will forward deploy OCONUS (anticipated AORs to be AFRICOM and PACOM), and that will perform an extended operational demonstration of FIST in the field.
