Summary	The United States Army Medical Research and Materiel Command (USAMRMC) and the Telemedicine and Advanced Technology Research Center (TATRC) requested consultant/technical support of a senior research scientist knowledgeable of DoD training technologies using advanced modeling and simulation. This senior scientist will provide joint service guidance to Director TATRC and Director of Joint Program Committee 1 on medical modeling, simulation and training policy, standards, technology investment and transition strategy.
