Summary | This study use a multi-method to conduct a field study of the current submarine repair and supply posture for phase 0 to phase 2 against near peer countries such has Russia and China. It builds on the PIâ¿¿s current research on supply chain and logistics in contested and degraded environment. The overall objective of this study are to evaluate the current shortcomings of submarines logistics during Phase 0-2 in against a peer or near peer enemies as well as how can we maintain an effective and efficient posture for the OCONUS support of our subsurface forces, and lastly what should the logistical support of our submarine forces look like in the decades going forward? |
