Summary	The NPS CCW shall oversee research and development project(s) to create tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) leading to concepts of operations (CONOPS) for cyber maneuver in maritime networks. Previous cyber maneuver efforts will aid in the development of TTPs and CONOPS and work in 2017 will focus on the interaction of three distinct maritime networks (Engineering, Admin and Voyage networks) to better understand the protocols and linkages between them. Additionally, the NPS CCW shall conduct research and define techniques for interference cancellation and signal demodulation in a high interference environment. This work shall follow on successful feasibility demonstrations in 2016 to demonstrate hardware implementations of proposed techniques.
