Summary	This proposed project would examine the nature and challenges of 21st century command. I would examine this topic through the lens of USSOF, but would not limit myself to USSOF, concentrating on the 0-4 through 0-6 levels. The resulting paper would DMW on the Slate of the non-Western world described in "21st Century Cultures of War," with China also woven into the mix.
