Summary	SPAWAR's Systems of Systems Engineering Directorate provides Human Systems Integration (HSI) expertise to SPAWAR, the US Navy, and the DoD. Due to recent personnel changes and improvements in best practices among HSI professionals, SPAWAR personnel who are directly or indirectly responsible for Human Systems Integration activities require refresher training. SPAWAR contacted the NPS HSI faculty and requested that we conduct HSI workshops on site at in San Diego. This proposal outlines preparation and execution of the workshops.
