Summary	Assist in the research and development of policies, procedures, role, functions and responsibilities for the Training and Readiness Oversight Program for Pacific AOR based Weapons of Mass Destruction-Civil Support Teams (WMD-CST). Review and analyze plans, directives, policies, and procedures of DOD, military services, DA, USJFCOM, USPACOM, joint and unified command and designated federal agencies. Recommend courses of action to be taken, and devise methods to implement selected courses of action. Assist in the coordination of the planning, execution and assessment of USARPAC assigned Weapons of Mass Destruction Civil Support Teams exercises.
