Summary	The Program for Culture and Conflict Studies (CCS) is tasked to support the development of population and cultural data for the Cultural Geography (CG) model Halmand Case Study scenario. Updating the case study will support the TRADOC Analysis Center (TRAC) FY11 Tactical Wargame (TWG). CCS will develop data to update the current Helmand scenario, introducing new/unique data as appropriate.
