Summary	The Department of Information Science, Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) shall perform Non-Traditional Assessment (NTA) as the Operational Test Agent (OTA) for the Joint Capabilities Technology Demonstration (JCTD) for the SNAP-3 Operational Manager (US Southern Command) and the SNAP-3 JCTD Integrated Planning Team (IPT)/Integrated Management Team (IMT) during research and development of the SNAP-3 project.
