Summary	The Department of Information Science, Naval Postgraduate School shall perform Transnational Information Sharing Cooperation (TISC) Joint Capabilities Technology Demonstration (JCTD) Operational Test Agent (OTA) responsibilities for the TISC Operational Manager (US Southern Command) and the TISC JCTD Integrated Planning Team (IPT)/Integrated Management Team (IMT) during research and development of the TISC project. This project extends through the remainder of FY10.
