Participants will be approximately 30 high-performing mid-career NAVAIR professionals finishing the NLDP program, the command’s flagship leadership program, which serves to develop leadership, management and productivity improvement skills for mid- to senior-grade employees over a period of 3 to 5 years. Topics include: Analytical tools for managerial decision-making, in particular multiple-objective preference models and their applicability in managerial decisions including acquisition.
