Summary |
NPS will fly the NPS Twin Otter wind LiDAR platform for 10 hours at a rate of $5,500 per hour a day for a sum of $55,000.00 in support of work performed by Sigma Space LLC. Sigma Space LLC and Principal Investigator (PI) Phil DeCola together with partners Simpson Weather Associates and the NSAS Jet Propulsion Laboratory, seek the services of PS to demonstrate an advanced next generation airborne remote sensing method that will facilitate and improv efforts to rapidly survey large areas to detect, locate, and quantify CH4 emission fluxes from a variety of source sectors. |
