Summary This proposal directly supports larger DoD Initiatives, as well as PACOM goals, specifically focused on enhancing stability in the Asia-Pacific region by promoting security cooperation, encouraging peaceful development, responding to contingencies, deterring aggression, and developing partner capacity, capability and interoperability.
The NPS DA will lead the exercise at all phases of its development and execution and continue to support DOD’s goal of enhancing partner institutional building capabilities by gaining lessons learned related to contingency planning, crisis response, DIMEFIL coordinated responses, strategic communications, inter-agency partnering, and external support. The event aims to engage with the partner nation’s key senior military and civilian personnel as they work towards meeting their objectives to enhance the knowledge and skills necessary to counter emerging security threats.
