Summary This Statement of Work (SOW) defines work to be performed at the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) to support USAF AETC. The proposed new set of Temporary Post-Attack Wide Area Network (TPAWAN) laboratories will provide direct support for NC3 studies of how to deploy and operate self-organizing tactical and wide area networks to maintain resilience, subsequent to infrastructure losses. The labs will provide hands-on over distance and field cyber-physical environment for various courses that will address critical NC3 needs. The TPAWAN labs will support the contingency module (field experiment) and a set of networking courses, modified in accordance to NC3 needs.
