Summary | This program is a collaboration between the MOVES Institute, the Center for Homeland Defense and Security (CHDS), and the Center for International Security And Cooperation (CISAS) at Stanford University. The objective of the program is to study how organizations learn from exercises and how this learning can be brought to bear on improved capacity for readiness in homeland security. The program will contain a basic research component to determine how organizational learning applies to this domain and an applied research component where we will build and test prototype simulations for exercises. |
