Summary	This Statement of Work delineates the support that will be provided by the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) to focus upon development and exploration of future innovative nontraditional scenarios. The objective is to identify critical questions that would need to be addressed stemming from possibilities that would impact naval forces in the future and to formulate analytical frameworks from which to apply data-farming methods to, logistics, and other questions.
