Summary | Understanding the terrorist threat facing the United States requires analysis of not just successfully executed terrorist attacks, but also failed and foiled efforts that intended to harm the U.S. or its allies. Currently there is a gap in availability of open-source data and analysis tools that can be used to expand our knowledge of the intentions and capabilities of Al Qaeda and affiliated organizations. This project intends to address this information availability problem and develop analysis tools. |
