Summary | Provide government oversight of the development of a roadmap for engineering and acquiring an open, interoperable, and certifiable enterprise information system, and components for the CTOC community. Treat the DASD CN> Portable Scalable Processing, Exploitation and Dissemination System (PS-PEDS) project as an exemplar. Identify and maintain government-owned intellectual property associated with PS-PED, and its segments, as Reference Implementations (RI) in a reusable Product Line Architecture (PLA), following best commercial practices. |
