Summary	This research is for Phase 2, Tasks 2 and 3 of the Ilities Tradespace and Affordability Program (iTAP); the DoD Systems Engineering Research Center(SERC) Research Topic 46. Task 2 is iTAP Method, Processes and Tools (MPT) Piloting, Extending and Transitioning which NPS will perform in selected Navy application domains. Task 3 is participating in planning for Phase 3, based on progress on Task 1 (from Phase 1) and Task 2, and on emerging needs, opportunities and priorities.
