Summary	Establish a liaison relationship between the SPAWARSYSCEN Pacific (SSC PAC) code 53223 and the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) to enhance the educational experience of NPS students, enabling force development of mid-grade officers and to make the resources of the NPS available, as appropriate, to SSC PAC to assist in developing a next-generation collaboration network for sensitive planning. Research focuses on the development of improved network collaboration capabilities, and the ability of the Joint Force to plan, coordinate, and monitor technical operations.
