Summary |
As the Marine Corps stands up regiments dedicated to littoral warfare and advances EABO concepts, local command and control of electromagnetic spectrum (EMS) capture is emerging as an important enabler for effective operations in a distributed environment. CTL Stemware's Spectrum Elite enables local employment of electromagnetic warfare support and signals intelligence. The project goal is to test and evaluate whether Spectrum Guard Elite adds value to SIGINT/EW professionals organic to the new Marine Littoral Regiment construct. To enable rapid application of the knowledge gained through this test program the NPS will follow the testing, have access to the test data, and share project data with NPS faculty and students in the Information Warfare Systems Engineering curriculum to support the potential development of student thesis research in the area of TTPS, operational concept development and other areas related to operations. |
