Summary | The efforts proposed here build off of previous projects executed successfully for OSD CWMD Systems by the Defense Analysis Department (DA). These include foundational research on the nature and importance of networked relationships within the USG CP/CWMD community, as well as with partner nations, alliance structures, and inter-governmental organizations. Similarly, impact of emerging technology, as well as non-traditional communities continues to shape the future of proliferation. This set of projects leverages the operational expertise, academic rigor, and strategic focus of the DA department to enable and accelerate the delivery of key CWMD analytical and information management capabilities associated with the Constellation Program; to develop CWMD operational concepts through research; and to strengthen collaboration among the CWMD community of practice. |
