Summary	Marine Corps Intelligence Schools (MCIS) requires an online delivery system, instructional modules for that system, and a process to build and deliver blended courses in order to enhance education and training for in-service warfighters. Career advancement or rotation, combined with the challenges of returning to the Service’s brick-and-mortar schoolhouses, often leaves USMC personnel without adequate knowledge or experience sufficient for their new position. This project will advance an on-demand, online, and modular approach for continuous learning tailored to the specific needs of Marine Corps intelligence personnel but flexible enough to support education and training across the broader Marine Corps.
