Summary	The SSC PACIFIC FA&T IPT desires graduate education for its members in the program. The FA&T IPT has a requirement for Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) teaching and instructional expertise at the graduate level to teach the required courses of the NPS IS PhD program to cohorts of its members. This proposal is a continuation of the effort begun in FY18Q1 and covers the courses to be offered in FY18Q2-Q4: IS4710, IS4720, and IS4730, with IS4790 to be offered each quarter. Both parties anticipate that subsequent cohorts may follow this first cohort; if so, those cohorts will be covered by subsequent proposals.
