Summary	The objective of the study is to provide strategic advisory and technology exploration support to the Office of Naval Research (ONR) Knowledge Management program. This support will identify opportunities to improve the efficiency/effectiveness of research management operations within ONR and develop a roadmap to establish a knowledge and collaboration network (KCN) across the Naval Research Enterprise (NRE).
