Summary | We are developing new ways for the public to help the navy consider how to meet future energy demands. Three phases of work will organize these detailed tasks by priority for execution. Phase one will ensure that the NNOWGLI game platform has sufficient reliability and scalability to support the even-larger levels of game play expected for Energy MMOWGLI. Phase two will complete the software capabilities needed for repeatedly configuring and administering the new MMOWGLI games, completing our public release of open-source software and documentation. During phase three, numerous features need to be added to capitalize on the value of crowd-sourced data being collected. Features are being added for in-game and post-game analysis. Controlled exposure of the data corpus from each game provides further opportunity for additional research collaboration. |
