Summary In years two and three (FY10/FY11) of this project's continued effort, the principle investigator (Pl) will team with ONR, other DoD organizations, appropriate industry representatives, and faculty and student officers at NPS to support the comprehensive systems engineering effort. Based on the previous work regarding the systems design of the Sea base Enabler focused on two broad operational concepts, the primary effort for FY2010-FY2011 is to develop and utilize a robust modeling and simulation (M&S) capability to examine various T-Craft operational and performance requirements, while other research addresses a "fleet" architecture of T-Craft mixed with other transport platforms, as well as an in-depth life-cycle cost analysis of the T-Craft.
