Summary	The main objective of the proposed collaboration is to develop a Cyber Battle Damage Assessment Tool (CyBDAT) that will quantify the probabilities associated with Computer Network Attack (CNA), Computer Network Exploitation (CNE) and Electronic Attack (EA) allowing for the direct comparison of cyber-attacks to kinetic attacks in mission planning.
