Summary	In order to charge the capacitors that power the Railgun a charging supply is needed. This project focuses on the development of a series-loaded resonant (SLR) converter to charge the Railgun capacitors. MSEE students at NPS will be encouraged to participate to satisfy their thesis requirements.
