Summary	The objective of the proposed research is to further the development of the Identity Management Education Program (IMEP) to be launched by the Naval Postgraduate School in the Fall of 2008. This work includes: additional support for and reports from an executive-level workshop to be held in June 2008, extension of four IM classes so that they can be used in a certificate program that will incorporate a hybrid of local and remote teaching techniques, further development of CyberCIEGE products in support of the IMEP objectives, creation of the technical infrastructure for the hybrid program, and development of the procedures and administrative infrastructure required to support both the new certificate and scholarship components of the IMEP.
