Summary	This project would bring a human-factors expert, Dr. Alex Kirlik, to observe the current operations of the JTWC Watch floor, compare those observations with the state-of-the art in human-factors engineering, and make recommendations for potential improvements and additional research to improve the forecasters' task environment, to include all information systems, computer models, technical interfaces, and printed text and graphical documents, with the ultimate goal to improve forecast accuracy.
