Fiscal Year | 2012 |
Division | Graduate School of Operational & Information Sciences |
Department | Operations Research |
Investigator(s) | McCauley, Michael E. |
Sponsor | Office of Naval Research (Navy) |
Summary | The objective is the continued participation of the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) in the ONR program known as Performance Shaping Functions of Environmental Stressors. NPS will participate in data collection onboard LCS and other Navy vessels and will provide input to the development of reliable and valid human performance shaping algorithms to predict and mitigate the negative impact of environmental stressors including motion and vibration. The aim is to enhance the capability of human performance models and to improve system performance. |
