Summary	Provide technical and logistics support to the Joint Electronic Advanced Technology (JEAT) program in support of the Washington Headquarters Service Vigilant Hammer technology research and evaluation program. Specific tasking will include the research and design of standardized consistency in data collection conditions and methodology for technology evaluations; collection, analysis and reporting of various electronic warfare and aviation platforms; "White Cell" Technical assessment subject matter expertise and logistics support elements.
