Summary	The objective of the proposed work is two-fold. First, HSI faculty will travel to the Marshall Center for the purpose of facilitating a working group and otherwise support the general conduct of the STACS three week program. HSI faculty will oversee and guide discussions, exercises and other activities associated with the topics as described in the STACS syllabus. Second, HSI faculty will present a brief to STACS attendees and Marshall Center faculty on the subject of Human Factors in Biomedical Health Security Strategy.
