Instructors, facilitators, and peer learners will provide feedback and suggestions for improving each command's SC plan. Teams will be asked to bring strategic plans or change initiatives that might require a strategic communication component. This hands-on, action-oriented workshop approach will provide facilitators who will assist teams with the development of their SC plans. The workshops will be delivered at the NPS campus in Monterey California, or in Navy Fleet Concentration Areas (FCAs) such as San Diego, CA or Norfolk, VA where a large number of Navy commands and organizations may request a local SCW program.
