Summary | The purpose of this proposal is to establish that the Naval Postgraduate (NPS) will coordinate and execute a 6 month pilot project designed to demonstrate the scalability and effectiveness of proven field collaboration methodology to rapidly explore new capabilities and concepts for requirements generation in a pre-acquisition environment leading to reduced risk and accelerated deployment of future capabilities. This work is viewed as a prerequisite for executing a full scale pilot effort in FY-13 if funded and is intended to demonstrate the ability to tailor events to meet specific COCOM perspectives and areas of responsibility. |
