Summary This research will study the fundamental limits of artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities to securely automate adaptive overhead collection. The objective is to provide a comprehensive description of threats to adaptive collection mechanisms, and recommended AI engineering guidelines for collection systems to protect from emerging threats. The PI has participated in both the IC and DoD Adversary AI (A2I) forums that are keen on the threats to automated learning, reasoning, and planning systems.
