Summary	Bulk sprays of Al-Cu alloys for seaplane repair will be performed, with the goal of creating large samples suitable for mechanical testing and related materials analysis. Much of this funding will be MIPR'd to Carderock, who will send out a team to work with the NPS cold spray system.
