Summary | This research project will deepen our understanding of the problems and prospects for humanistic approaches to prediction. Specifically, it will explore the ways in which states have forecast the actions of enemies and allies in foreign policy and military affairs. Secondarily, it will consider some of the potential limitations to quantitative methods, in order that past errors might not be repeated. |
