Summary | PI will conduct research and write a detailed study on Russian and Chinese space technology cooperation with third parties and its implications, particularly for long-term U.S. security. This research will be based on extensive study and on-site interviews in China and Russia. Deliverables will include a chart of Russian and Chinese space contacts with third parties, a narrative report, and PowerPoint briefings for ASCO and other DOD officials. |
