Summary	The two part, ten day IDT series in Bogota, Colombia will prepare decision-makers to transform their armed forces and conceptualize military contributions to a comprehensive approach to security. The delivery format combines informative presentations on academic themes and applicable frameworks with practical exercises delineating their armed forces security posture for country use. Approximately 40 participants from the Military and various Ministries are expected to attend each course.
